Location : Kharadi, Pune

Area : 2100 sqft.

The house, dubbed '501 Cu Block', is crowned copper, marking its final touch. With Red Agra dominating its essence, a raw aura permeates throughout. Color blocks adorn the home, epitomizing the block abstraction. Retaining its raw appeal, exposed concrete and brick finishes industrialize the space.

Location : Pimple Saudagar, Pune

Area : 2000 sqft.

‘Blooms and berries’ is far from the current luxury and interior design trends. This home breaks away from all stereotypes that a typical house may have. It’s a celebration of traditional techniques and materials infused with a touch of whimsy.

Our design language comes from the use of natural materials and textures which brings warmth to a space. In this particular space, the use of reclaimed wood, organic fabrics, and lime plaster on the walls is the essence of the home.

AT VERDE RESIDENCE COLLECTION

Location : Kalyaninagar, Pune

Area : 3000 sqft.

A home inspired from the nuances of a very wabi-sabi simplicity with a strong earthy context was born justifying the name 'umber'.

A space that holds on to the brim of adequacy or indulgence, an ensemble of all things merged subtly with each other yet characteristically individual.

Location : Viman Nagar, Pune

Area :  2400 sqft.

Bringing in a timeless rustic charm was rudimentary to Saga House. With natural materials being the biggest inspiration here, Saga House is entirely born out of the Indian sandstone variety used to its full potential.
Located off Viman Nagar, Pune, in the most bustling corporate lanes of the neighborhood and the ever-evolving busy city surroundings of the house, the palette for the interior was so chosen as to act as a place of refuge and to seek solace at the end of the day.
The design is an outcome of a seamlessly stitched moodboard for the dwellers, clients who are avid readers, to weave new stories at the saga house every time.

The conscious crafting of Park Grandeur expands over a spectrum of cognitive space planning to the very minute in-house detailing of patterns and furniture.

Allowing the buzz of the plush neighborhood high street, the vibrant yet rustic palette of the house builds an eclectic material body that provides for a variety of moods to co-exist, an aesthetic straddled in small-town rusticity with the modish flair of Pune, owing to the roots of the client originally from a small town in Maharashtra.

A very open, airy and flowing vibe was intended for Rainu House, a haven that invites you for endless cups of tea at sundowner.  A young couple with their twin daughters desired a flexible space potential with unobstructed visual quality adhering to a strong design character.

Pale-hued terrazzo floors paired with custom-made teakwood furniture and beige-colored walls call for a very comforting and welcoming space aura. Fluted and louvered wooden wardrobe shutters, cane weaving, Balinese acacia dining top, full-length white curtains, and upholstery add to the details of the entire space.
